HISTORY CHANGED

{WARNING: VIEWER DISCRETION ADVISED. THIS POST MAY CONTAIN WESTERN TECHNO SHAMANIC JU-JU, NEW AGED *WOO-WOO* AND/OR SPACEAGED PYSCHO-BABBLE. TREAD LIGHTLY MY FRIENDS AND BRING SALT GRAINS TO SPRINKLE ON MY WORDS}

albino i would like to begin this post with rabbits albino

types of art.
there are so many.
today my favorite species of art is the nothing art.
they all have nothing in common.
"nothing" in the sense of no-thing arts.
they require nothing besides a human
or two.
they require no-things, no props, no tools
nothing external.

singing, dancing, and sex, i hope you can dig the naked no-thingness of those wonders. singing dancing and sex = the endless wells of wonder and with good reason every good poem, story, or dream is drenched in those no-thing arts. <<thinking of people as not formed by matter but of stories, of narrative, is cool. it makes you a story poem dream>>
but kundalini is not a common art. it is not common place. it is a yoga. a yoga in the sense of a practice or a habit. " way of liberation " drinking beer is, technically "a way if liberation" but it is not a Way, but a perfectly flawed human attempt at liberation. (( if beer has a way to liberation i will continue searching for that holy grail for years to come. wine too. mead too. jun  + champagne yeasts too ))
there are many many many lots of types of yoga and the "yoga" we know in american (for the vast majority) is only hatha yoga. hatha's great, but
there are yogas, practices towards liberation, that are yogas of the breath, yogas of the mind, yogas of devotion.  and hatha is just a small representation.

[WE INTERUPT THIS MESSAGE TO BRING YOU THIS FRESH HANDPICKED BREAKING NEWS RANDOM THOUGHT]
the other day i was showering and i poured some baking soda into my cup of vinegar. moments eariler i had decided it was a good idea to mix these together and rub them on my head. im running some experiments to find the best recipe for showertime and my headhair. well, little kids around the world know all about the vinegar volcano but apparently i live inside a rock. im watching this violent(ish) chemical reaction and my brain thought is, "is this what happens when you mix humans and powder drugs together in a cup? they foam up into pretty bubbles for a little while?"
[END TRANSMISSION]

kundalini is good cake
many layers
kundalini is deep space
many dimensions

ONE: aerobic movement
TWO:movement of the breath
THREE: acknowlgement & movement of vibration (<(<soundwaves>)>)

an example would be (inhale!) reach up and back towards the sky
(exhale!) fall forward from the waist and touch yer toes. REPEAT! and keep the breath strong. think of it as the bellows of your pipe organ, the oxygen for your fire. drink up air.

mantra's are linked to the inhale and exhale and are either vibrated vocally or vibrated mentally. your body is a lot like the body of a guitar, it has its own resonances, vibrations it amplifies. the meaning of the mantras are based on the characteristics of the vibrations and resonances that occur in your body. your mouth, nasal cavity, throat, chest cavity all respond to vibration like musical instruments. the head vibrates when high pitches/frequencies are sung and the chest vibrates the lower pitches/frequencies. the nasal cavity vibrates the bright "nasally sounds" and the back of the throat produces the dark, warm, bassy sounds. when sustained in full voice the sound  "unnng" (sounds like hung with out the H) vibrates ALL these resonant spaces. The word translates roughly to "infinite creative consciousness" AKA the uni-verse. it carries this meaning because one sound, one origin represents, contains and is all things. like how black contains all colors, err something. this one sound vibrates the total spectrum of tone color possible in the human body. yes sounds have colors. asked me about my fingernails and goddamn i will sing to you!
[tangent vol. II]
i have lots of black clothes and i wanted them to bloom into springtime colors so I soaked a black hoodie in bleach and liberated a shade of redpigpink from inside the black. i had no idea that my black hoodie contained such soft bright colors inside the black.
[tangent concluded]

these layered dimensions together form a MOVING MEDITATION. the aerobic movement coupled with the in/out pulse of the powerful deep steady breath, PLUS the vibrating mantras that follows/leads the breath which in turn follows/leads the aerobic movement makes it a moving meditation. all is moving together. it waxes and wanes and you ride. snake eats its tail and births the world. snake eats its tale and creates the world?
